“Find your sparkle” by Meredith Gaston is a beautiful book with lots of meditations, inspirations, recipes… all to nourish our spirit!

What I love the most about the book are the illustrations, which I try to copy…It did help to find a sparkle when I looked at it. The designer is Arielle Gamble.
